The following educational programs have been developed to support your agency’s on-going commitment to staff development through education. These programs can be used in many ways to enhance your clinical pathways training objectives!

These educational programs can be viewed in their entirety or in sections to reinforce specific training objectives. Each program includes handouts and support documents. A “Notes to Trainer” document is also included to guide the trainer while making decisions about the use of the program. Several of the modules also include practice sessions for your clinicians.
To maximize the educational benefits of these programs, we have included recommended courses to preview prior to taking each course. Supporting your clinical pathway and disease management agendas, this subscription series provides training programs that promote successful implementation of this outcome-based clinical pathway program.
The 2008 Subscription Series currently includes six (6) courses. These will continuously be evaluated, updated and enhanced. We have plans to add more mini-courses for end users on focused topics (i.e., Use of Variance Codes, Use of Focus Assessments, etc.).
