This course assists agencies in preparing for efficient and successful implementation of the VNA First clinical pathways and CoSteps in McKesson Horizon Home Care and Hospice v10+. This session will include a brief overview of the framework and components of the VNA First pathways and standardized care approach. During a demonstration of the use of the VNA First components and recommendations for use, considerations and agency-specific options will be presented. Many of these considerations are outlined in the Steps to Successful Implementation – Activities Checklist document that will be provided. The decisions your agency makes regarding the use of the VNA First components will be integrated into your agency’s implementation education.
