This course provides a hands-on practice session using the VNA First Guideline components in Horizon Homecare and Horizon Hospice v10x software. Emphasizing the ease-of-use, a demonstration of the day-to-day use of these discipline-specific guidelines will be provided. Components and activities used during the Initial Visit and a Routine Visit will be demonstrated. These Guidelines contain episode-specific content that can easily be used the meet the patients needs. Practice Activities are integrated throughout the sessions.
